View Full Version : Spurs Lose Game 3 Tonight

Face it.

No one else shows up for the Spurs tonight.
Manu will continue his pouting from the bench, and fail to show up.

Tony will try to force the issue too much. And just like the Suns couldn't win with just Amare going off in 2005, the Spurs can't win with just Timmy putting up monster #'s.

The Spurs will not be able to get Amare into playing defense, thus getting him into foul trouble.

Phoenix is simply the better team. Had it not been for some lucky calls, and a bloody nose. The Suns are up 2-Nil.

Yet another season wasted in the 2nd round of the playoffs.

Is this one of those superstition things? If it is, it's the same reason I stay home the first few rounds. In rounds 1 and 2, my attendance has caused a 2-3 record that would be 1-4 if not for Sean Elliott's MDM. I am, however, the bringer of a 2-0 Finals record in games attended. :lol

Well...I guess I could say bye-bye to my vbookie that I placed on this.

Dammit! Why the hell didn't you make your post sooner?! Next time, make sure you let us know the outcome BEFORE people place their vbookie bets...c'mon man.

Don't put the Spurs as the team you root for.

As far as the seriousness and validity of everything you said, anyone who believes should just... :shootme

Eerie. How I was so wrong tonight....

It doesn't matter. Suns will go back to the drawing board, and find a way to isolate Nash more for Game 4.

Spurs got all the shots to fall tonight, and still really could never put the Suns away.

No killer instinct on this Spurs team

Suns in 7

"Spurs got all the shots to fall tonight"

Really?

The Spurs shot 47% in the season.

The Spurs shot 45% in the 07 playoffs.

The Spurs shot 44% in Game3.

"all the the shots to fall" ??

Suns shot 49% ... and lost, because they were -8 RB, -6 TO, -5 STL, - 9 FT pts.

Peter's reverse mojo, when it goes well, it goes VERY well.

We will ignore last year's games 3 and 4 vs Dallas of course :lol
