when tim went to the rim and was called for an offensive foul with nash being in the restricted area why did the ref--the same one if i'm not mistaken that TD pushed a couple of years back in--feel like he needed to make any call? It should have been a no call because clearly he didn't know what was what
I think him making the call against TD was personal because there was clearly evidence that showed it was the wrong call.
It is the refs job to look at the feet of the defensive players in these situations. Why is it personal?
Because either a) he made that call even though he saw everything, or b) he didn't see anything because he wasn't doing his job but still decided to make that call.
But in either case he shows preference to the suns, IOW when this ref is calling games the spurs will not get the benefit of the doubt.
