Not if Amare is playing. If niether are playing maybe, but I still doubt it

On defense we would still be able to contain the Suns, but we will have a hard time on offence.

Ok, here is THE question:

out: horry, Duncan, Bruce, Amare, Diaw, Bell.

Can the spurs do it with this combination ?(which would be the worst case scenario of everyone involved being out).

I would say it is pretty even, and would be a very strange game to watch. I think the lineups would be:

spurs

parker
manu
finley
elson
Berto

Nash
Barbosa
jj?
Marion
Thomas

Tim means alot to this team, but the suns are out 2 of the 3 bigs they usually play, and would have very strange line-ups. Spurs can play units that they have had on the floor before.

I think the Spurs would do fine with this, although our bigs most likely get into foul trouble and we end up playing small ball.

Tim is not being suspended did you see that tape the league has no cause to suspend him at all.

For 3 quarters but everyone would burn out, some injuries in the process.
Mostly like what happened in game 4.

If that happens and those players are out, Manu and TP should both go for 35+. There would be nobody left to stop them. It'd be layup central for the Spurs and Suns, and would be a high scoring game.

Hmmm, maybe it would be a good game.

Suspend everyone! I'm curious what would happen.

No. Tim Ducan opens the floor for us on offense. He also anchors the defense.

If only Tim was missing from this matchup, the suns would win easily. The same can be said if nash was missing from phoenix.

Phoenix would be a non factor without him.

duncan off the bench (http://rutgers-football.aolsportsblog.com/2007/05/15/tim-duncan-left-the-bench-too-will-he-be-suspended/)

it's a lot less than what amare did or diaw did, but when you consider that none of them really did anything dangerous or immoral...

Without Duncan we lose by 35.

I don't know, it's possible. Hell without Tony Parker or Tim Duncan, Manu and the bench team almost took down the Hall of Fame 4 Lakers in 2003 in double-ot.

But Manu has to raise his game A LOT to be at the level he was at that day.

if everyone else on the team plays the game of their lives, we may be able to beat the suns w/o timmy. but, since a few players are currently playing like ass cheese, it won't happen any time soon.

Did ya see what happened without Timmy last night? Defense stuttered and the lead was halved.

If Amare isn't playing, maybe. But unlikely, because Marion IS playing, and if Duncan goes, Bowen is also out and suddenly there isn't a shut-down player on Marion, so off he goes.

Who's going off for us? Well, Parker will for some of it, but they can still clog the lane. Manu? Sigh, who the fuck knows? Maybe he'd be amazing, maybe he'd jack up bad 3's all night.

Horry isn't there to save us, but Fin might hit some shots. Of course, on the other end, with Bowen unable to relieve Parker on Nash and Manu(?) guarding Bell . . .

It'd be one of the oddest games I've ever watched, but without Timmy's D and guaranteed 20+ points. . . I certainly wouldn't be laying $ on the Spurs.
