Utah>G State so it would have been easier to play the warriors.

Hardly...Utah can beat the Suns for sure. Plus with the way the Jazz are playing I can see them beating the Spurs as well

Whoever started this thread does not know basketball. The Jazz are a top 5 talent team in the league and incredibly well coached.

Boozer >> Amare + Diaw.
Williams on offense >>>> Nash on defense.
Seriously, the Jazz look a lot like the Spurs with the way they play. They're another matchup nightmare for Phoenix. AK can contain Marion or anyone on the court, really. Williams is a bull of a defender and Nash will find it difficult to get around his wide defensive stance.
With how battered the Suns will be if they escape San Antonio, they will be running into another brick wall in Utah. I just don't think they can survive two back-to-back series with this kind of physicality.

UTAH is playing with great confidence right now. what makes you think a run and gun is gonna faire that much better than GS has done??

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Mormons were celebrating in June.

Regular season: Jazz 3 Suns 1
Jazz 2 Spurs 2
Yep, it will definitely be a sweep..... idiot

I wouldn't go discounting the Jazz at all.
Memo's a scary player to go against the Spurs (if they go to the WCF).
I wish we could just advance DET to the Finals because (well, if they make it), they're going to simply smoke either CLE or NJ. In its place, Suns vs. Warriors.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, so bear with me. The Utah Jazz are capable of beating any team remaining in the playoffs, and are also capable of losing to these same teams. I know, I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around it too.

The Jazz match up well with the Spurs and have given them problems for a few years now.

If the Suns meet the Jazz, I don't know how they'll adjust to all those street-thug dirty Mormons in Salt Lake City. The classy people of Phoenix aren't used to that kind of behavior.

the jazz are a rebounding machine. If we hit the boards like yesterday or like in Denver we are in trouble. When aggressive, i think we should have a good shot at winning the conference finals, that offcourse if we can get by phoenix, which still remains a very difficult task!

hehe the jazz have the "they can't call all the fouls" mentality. This series will get chippy.
