Does that give Utah the advantage in the WCF since they'll be well rested and we would just be getting out of an all out battle?

no, utah sucks

if the spurs play utah, utah already has the advantage regardless of whether or not this series goes to 7. i don't want to hear b.s. about how the jazz haven't beaten the spurs in s.a....the suns hadn't done so either until the other night and hca is overrated as spurs fans themselves said when the seedings were set. playing in san antonio is not quite so scary anymore and the jazz look great while the spurs look ok.

I dont think so, too much rest can be a bad thing but more than anything they just got out of a series with a group that has a totally different game style than the Spurs... Same for the Spurs going back to a grind it out pace when/if they face Utah.

It's the classic rust verses rest argument.

I think Utah is the last thing to worry about if this goes to 7...

Spurs in 6.

I don't think this series has been all that physical. The Spurs aren't going to be beat up, even if the series goes seven. They have a better chance to beat Utah if they get their shit together, whether they do it in game six or game seven. As long as they do that they'll be fine. Utah will be glad for the extra time to heal up, so it'll be fairly even.

Still gotta win one more though. It ain't a given. The Suns have been mentally tougher than I figured they'd be. If only they could play a complete game without complaining.

eh, just shut up drama queen. nobody cares what you have to say. your only use is to have something to kick around until game time.

I am not so sure about that. Boozer won't have the same advantage he had with the Warriors. 2 reasons Duncan or Stoudemire. He won't have it so easy in the paint like he did in GS.

The Jazz haven't beaten the Spurs in S.A. Spurs in 7. If Suns go on, Utah in 6.

well the spurs won't have an easy time of it either, no game five without boozer and insert another starter here ...haha, j/k!

i was being completely serious in my original response, not trying to diss the spurs....some of the newer posters like violentkitten just get so fucking hostile right away and refuse to respond to anything posted by a non-spur fan with anything other than a hostile remark devoid of anything basketball related

The Jazz are a young team. They'd probably have been better off with less rest in between series.

Suns or Spurs, even a tired version of either, should beat the Jazz in a seven game series.
