I'll go with one of the most recent: Horry's clutch performance in Game 5 versus Pistons.

Definitely for me. That was the hardest series we've ever played. Any other series we might still win without that shot falling. Title #3 rested on the fingertips of Rob for that one defining play.

Final buzzer on Game 7 of the 2005 Finals.

That was sweet.

Close to tying are the final buzzers of the 1999 Game 5 and 2003 game 6 and the Memorial Day Miracle shot - I still get teary and happy thinking about that shot.

2003 Championship seeing Robinson jumping up and down on the sidelines knowing he was going to retire as a champion. Un-fucking-believeable.

And he played a damned fine game to close out his career, to boot.

Seeing the confetti falling and hearing We are the Champions as David Robinson walked off the basketball court for the final time in a Spurs uniform. Best Sports Moment Ever for me...even if you aren't a Drob fan, that's one hell of a way to go out.

The icing on the cake was hearing Mario Elie blast everyone that ever called Drob soft and said he wasn't a winner(specifically mentioning Charles Barkley and Karl Malone), in a post game interview. Mario: He's got two now, ya'll got none.

Granted, it's someone a lot of Spurs fans can't stand now, but... when Avery Johnson hit the last shot during the 1999 championship run. I knew I was going to be a Spurs fan for life after that. Maybe not 1 or 2 on my list, but Top 5.

AJ's winning basket in 99.....not even close.

I waited 25 years for that first championship and I cried real tears when I saw DRob finally get his due.

Tim's 2003 game 6 performance. He was doing everything out there, the definition of "dominance".

2003s Gm running the Lakers off the floor while Jack Wrinkleson threw a temper tantrum was nice. His being removed from the premises would have been nicer but still nice.

Duncans 25 ft banker for the would-be Gm 5 3-2 lead in 2004 has to be right up there.

It's a tie for me between game 6 of the '03 Finals (the 4th quarter run) and game 5 of the '05 finals (Robert Horry). I was too much of a casual fan in 99 to fully appreciate Sean's Memorial Day shot. :oops

Mr. Elliott from the corner.

Sean has always been a class guy who seemed to overachieve. He took a chance on a team at the University of Arizona and was a big reason that program has been the success it has been the last 20 years. I am not a U of A fan, but have always like the way Sean carries himself and will always remember the way he kept his heels in the air and drained the three, and hell, I don't even remember who the Spurs were playing.

Damnit I shouldn't have watched that MDM link. It always, is bad luck for me to watch '99 stuff on a game day! But God does that bring back great memories. I was in the upper deck, and during the timeout we ran down to the opposite baseline, to watch him nail that three. We knew something special was going to happen we just didn't know it was going to be that amazing!

From 1998 - Duncan scoring 18? straight points against the Suns; TD dominating Utah before spraining his ankle.

From 1999 - Elies three against Houston; TD's offensive board and dunk against Utah; DRob pushing Kevin Garnett; Jaren Jackson; MDM; DRob's fist pump in Portland; Avery's shot.

David going after Joe Smith and shoving Garnett without even looking at him was a sign to me that the Spurs had a chance to really do something in the playoffs. I had never had that feeling before.

A couple of Duncan:
Game 7 of the 05 Finals, the last 6 minutes of the 3rd quarter when he decided he wasn't going to lose that game/series. He got his own miss offensive board and put it back and drew the foul. It was all over after that play. (He made the free throw!)

One of my other favorites wasn't even playoffs or finals.
2-28-05 at Cleveland. Duncan hits a 20 foot jumper at the buzzer for the win. For some reason that shot has stayed with me.

There's so many more, for me it's all Duncan all the time.

From the 2003 playoffs: Steve Kerr going bonkers in Game 6 against the Mavs. Completely unexpected, but insanely entertaining.

Avery in 1999 and Robinsons last game in 2003. Epic.
