It'll be a quick series if Manu continues to ride high.
From the look of today's game. I don't think he's going to mess up. Marion and Bell couldn't even stop him, nor did the traps.

I mean no offense but I will be happy if I don't hear the name Ginobili until next season. :lol

:lmao @ Spurs fans telling me it was Raja Bell holding him back.
Bell isn't even that good of a defender. That's a myth. He's a physical defender and isn't afraid to lay the wood, but he's not even 40% of the perimeter defender that Bowen is.
Manu just had to find his rhythm.

Most important thing for the future was that Manu nailed some 3s today, which is what has been holding him back all postseason. When his 3 is on, he's unstoppable.
You know what else changed his game today? In the 1st and 2nd quarter he went right about 4 times and made 2-3 layups... all postseason I've been sitting here screaming "drive right!!! drive right!!!" at Manu because both the Nugs and Suns massively overguarded his left, and I know he has a right hand when he wants to.
When he's been playing poorly, Manu has been trying to go left on every play and running into help. Today he worked it out. Nice! :) :toast

Ginobili is gonna face a real bitch of a defender in Kirilenko next.
He should though, get his points, the Jazz really don't have a shot blocker.
Be agressive and drive.

I was beginning to fear the man would never grasp the concept. It was "left, left, left, left... go to the RIGHT!!" Glad to see he finally realized. This is the Manu us Church members knew was coming, and us Spurs fans hoped would show up! Congrats Manu, I knew you could do it! Now do it again!

For the Spurs to win the ring, hes gonna have to pretty much bring this effort for the rest of the playoffs.

AK47's defensive prowess is overrated based on his blocks and steals numbers. He is not that great a man to man defender. If he was, Jerry Sloan would never have a problem with him!

You want 33, 10 and 6 from Manu the rest of the playoffs? Is that all?

If he does that. We have a good chance of going 8 - 0.
I hope it's not too much to ask.

ok, but if he does, I want the whole forum to convert to Manuism dammit!!

Dayum, his rebounding has been AMAZING all series! He was beating out big guys to rebounds on the D boards today, I saw him beat Amare at least once.
And he's also stealing the ball A LOT - 2.2/game this series.

I hope Manu makes AK-47 his bitch.
Can't wait for this series to start. I think Manu will continue to roll as the games get closer and closer to the ring.

I was harsh on Manu before so it's only fair that I give him props for his amazing performance. When he's on fire it's a joy to watch. That 3 pointer with the and 1 was fucking spectacular! Great game from him.
