I ordered a ticket for the game tommorrow and I used the Ticketfast option. I have recieved conformation of the ticket order but have not recieved the email with the printable ticket. How long should I wait until I send an email about ticket not received? How long does it usually take before the printable ticket email is sent??

i bought tickets pretty recently through Ticketmaster and I received the e-mail within ten minutes. it really shouldn't take longer than that...

I had the same problem once. When I called, the girl I spoke to was very nice. She said that sometimes it can take an hour or two, but that's only when their system is really busy.

I bought two tickets at noon today and they didn't show up in my email until an hour ago. So there's a delay today. The rule is that they will show up within 24 hours from the time you order.
