View Full Version : I would be interested if someone asked the team about this...

They made a CONCERTED effort today to show little to NO reaction to calls by officials...

Now... there is not complaining about calls... and then there is what the Spurs did today...

Tony gets called for a charge... throws ball to ref turns around goes other way...

It was really really evident at the game that Pop made it a focal point...

There have been less this year... but today was a huge reduction...

Well, getting the rabid hamster off the opponent's sideline helped calm matters overall. It was just much cleaner basketball with two teams who were out there trying to win a game without theatrics.

smart move.

Cause Sloan can do his share of blowing up at the refs.

Infinitely fewer flops by both teams, as well, although Horry tried and did not get the call. :lol

rasho would flop to get a call, but then that would mess up his mascara.

Fisher had 3 or 4 that didnt get called and weren't mentioned/pointed out by the officials...

Dan Crawford HATES calling fouls on flops... I think he would rather let a foul go than call a flop... we saw that when Parker got raked in the face on that drive...

Flopping will become more of an asset to these teams as the refs change into the Javie/Rush/Salvatore's

Yeah they are due for Salvatore in game 2 unfortunately.

Too bad Crawford couldn't have been saved till game 4.

elson would flop but he can't concentrate on flopping and breathing at the same time.

My wife and I were stuck at the Milwalkee airport watching the game. With my big mouth and my undying love for my Spurs, a another fan connected with us.
To our suprise he was from SA. Man did we kick it. Drank beer and showed the cheese heads how we do it!!!! Dude's name was Paul Rodriguez!!! I swear to God!!! We even know a lot of the same people back in SA town. Man do I hate living in Atlanta sometimes!!!:drunk :fro :clap
