May be I'm missing something, but what has this got to do with the Spurs except for the graph showing the team that consistently beat him are the Spurs?
This is widely known - the've had lots of difficulty winning against the Spurs ever since Stockton and Malone retired, and Tim Duncan joined.

Actually...they didn't exactly dominate us before Duncan got here...then, like now, the Spurs just about always won the division and had a better regular season record and winning record against the Jazz.
Except in the playoffs....
Sloan builds his teams for the playoffs.

Shove this thread into the "God I love Sloan" thread and we can have a fucking love fiesta with Jerry Sloan.

Respect the guy, but still hold him responsible for moulding Malone somehow. Plus, he's stayed in Utah for so long. Most people with a pulse and a lick of sense would have high-tailed it out of that shithole years ago.

I think its quite funny when someone says something like this. They've obviously never been to Utah. Clean air, nice people, world-class skiing, several national parks, good universities.....the list goes on. I guess a city can be good enough for the olympics, but not for those who have never been.

Don't invite them out, they might not go back to Texas :lol
