I saw a "Waste Management" truck driving down 281 from 1604 that was spilling tons of debris and trash onto the highway. Where can I report such a thing? I have the license plate number and the phone number of the company, but I'd rather turn them in to the state.

how would they help? i know that they make super badass music like "beautiful disaster", but i doubt they know anything about actual waste management.
