Kenyon Martin was a #1 pick for the ages.

Look at all that he's done with his career: I mean, he made an all-star team once. And he was 1st team all-rookie. And he's 85th in NBA history in blocks per game. And one time he finished 4th in the league in fouls committed for a season (to go along with the 2 seasons that he finished 7th in that category).

He's right up there in the Joe Smith, Derrick Coleman, Glenn Robinson, and Andrew Bogut range of overall #1's in the lottery era. At least he's not in the Michael Olowokandi/Pervis Ellison/Kwame Brown range.

speaking of NBA History, with the Mavericks out and no daily RSS sports feeds to check out, and with a govt job that pays me $$$ to sit on my ass, this is what I came up with at work yesterday with your tax dollars. Does anybody have any Dallas Chapparal photos, or some old-school Spurs photos? Google images don't turn up much:

Whatever happened to K-mart?

Microfracture if the question isn't rhetorical.
