If I decide to add an IL player, what's the process for that? Or is it too late now that the expansion draft is over?

You can pick up an IL person now, but that player has to play for the team you represent.

In the November 20th to December 1st signing period, you can go after whoever you want.

For now, the only changes you can make during the month are adding an IL player or subbing your IL player in-and-out of your lineup.
