Im guessing you never saw Batteer play. I could name some pretty bad Spurs as well, but not even Jack Haley compares

Hahaha! Yeah, I thought Jack Haley was Tim Duncan next to Charles "Look I can go a whole season without making a jumper" Smith (not Spiderman).

I can tell you that Sweat Pea is the gayest nickname of all time in all of sports across the continents.

Yeah, if we were doing a Mavericks all-time crap team, this would be a 20 pager. There's so many "qualified" candidates to choose from.

Bruce Blowen and Tim Dullcan should be on there.

Any list w/o Carl Herrera is hereby rendered useless and a waste of the internets.

And while some of these guys were indeed novelty acts, Charles Smith actually fucked over the franchise.

I don't know the whole Charles Smith story. What exactly happened?
I do know that I was traded for him, along with J.R. Reid.

WTF??? Frank Brickowski??
Dude, just because he's white don't mean he sucked. Don't put him in the same league as the other whiteys in this thread. He was one of the fan favorites when he was playing!! :lol
Little young to remember that I guess...

He came to the Spurs with horrible knees and barely played at all it seemed. His knees were so far shot that they were nearly fused together due to the lack of cartilage.

Wiley Peck...I remember he actually got some minutes in a blowout game, and the next day the Light published a photo of him trotting down the court with his shorts on backwards!
That's right folks, The San Antonio Light. Damn I'm old.
Rod Strickland. In addition to "the pass," I seem to recall an incident where he got hurt in a club incident the night before a frick'n playoff game!
Walter Berry: coming to a prison near you soon.
