How Much Space Do Videos Take?

Because I want to get some videos(mainly music videos) on my computer but I don't know how much space they take up. Can someone tell me how much the average music video takes up? Or if you happen to know the ratio of space per minute?

depends on how they are encoded, and how much they are compressed. big, better quality videos take up more space.

MPG is an encoding standard and can work in many different bit rates.

FYI DVDs are MPEG-2 encoded and run at a variable rate between 1 and 8 Mbps.

Reducing size and quality reduces the bit rate.
