For an old team, i think it's a slight advantage.

I'd like for us to play the Cavs for no other reason than I want to see us play a different team in the Finals.

If we win on Wednesday it will be the identical situation to 2005. 8 days off with the Finals starting on a Thursday. We always come out rusty as hell after that long of a waiting period.

I like our chances and the percentages. We've lost 4 games in the entire playoffs. Utah will have to break an 18 game losing streak to win, not to mention win twice in our house.

I don't want to assume anything, but the schedule does have a possible move-up to June 5 if the Conference Finals end early. ABC may have already decided against exercising that, but the generic schedule that came out at the beginning of the playoffs included a possible move-up.

Nice ass indeed. Not the nicest ive ever seen but very nice.

Anyway as for this thread....if we lose this series I am blaming it on the original poster. :fro

The ads all now say June 7. I think ABC decided not to move it up.

And I don't want to assume anything either! But damn. Go Spurs Go!

That's correct. June 7 isn't set in stone yet.

Butt, you can't assume that detroit will rear end its way into the finals. Cleveland is not just gonna bend over and take it from Detroit. Sorry...I got something else on my mind.

I don't know if I'd call either coasting. The Pistons have looked absolutely horrible in 3 games and should be down 0-3. The Spurs got complacent and blown out at SLC and had to come back and get tough to win this one. No coasting going on. I'd be surprised if the Cavs-Pistons series doesn't go at least 6, maybe 7.
