The Jazz committed more fouls than any other team in the NBA this year. Sloan can't be surprised when his team gets some whistles in the post-season.

He made the decision to play physical ball against the Spurs. I gave him credit for the strategy, since the refs try not to decide the outcome of playoff games. He knows that they will get by with more than they would in the regular season - which was already the most in the NBA. So he CAN'T be surprised when his team does get some whistles.

But if you want to play hard-ass...BE A FUCKING HARDASS!!!! Fisher tried to flop against Manu, and it didn't work. Then he tried to give Manu a little frustration bump going up the court, and got caught. Take it like a man. Don't cry like a baby when the ref doesn't bite on your flop attempt. Don't whine when your extra physical play actually draw a whistle. Don't act like your team was robbed.

That last foul by Fisher was a blow to the head against a player that was up in the air. The game was out of reach, and it was clearly a frustration foul. If the league reviews it, it will probably get upgraded. Fisher stood around on the floor long after he was ejected, which usually gets a response from the league too. Sloan would have acted shocked at that call, too, if he hadn't already gotten his whiny ass thrown out of the game.

No respect for someone who can dish it out but not take it. No matter what his record looks like. There's a reason he's never made it over the hump of winning a championship. He wants to run with the big boys...but he keeps proving he's not one of them.
