We'll take games 1 and 2

drop 3 and 4

take a close game 5

and close it out in 6

Duncan will be finals mvp

and while everyone will be happy to see lebron in the finals I think it's gonna be a very low scoring affair overall

any other honest predictions?

I could see the Spurs closing it out in 5.

But realistically, my money's on Spurs in 6.
I think the Spurs will take the 1st two, win one in Cleveland (either game 5 or 5) and finishing it in game 6 at At&t.

I'm looking forward to a great series.

Me too. I'm thinking it's gonna be like the Nets series where the Nets gave the Spurs much more of a run for their money than people realized. Should be a good one.

I would say the Spurs win it in 6, just so they can win it on their home court.

Spurs in 7. I just feel like this series is going to be much scrappier and tightly contested than we imagine. However, in a 7-game series, the best team usually wins.

Spurs in 5, but I' d rather see the trophy in At&t Center than in Cleveland, so I hope it will take 6 or 7 for Spurs to win it.

Spurs will win I don't care in 4, 5, 6, 7 ... I see TD coming as MVP, otherwise will go to Manu ... if we lose LBJ is an obvious choice.

The Spurs should win this in 4 or 5. This series is akin to when the Spurs played the Nets - the East is sooo weak this year.

I think the Cavs are going to have Jazz syndrome - so damn happy to just be there that they don't realize where they are.

If I attend the GTG at the Ellis residence, then we will win Game 3. :lol

Seriously, I can't wait for the series to start, baby! Gonna be fun, this Lebron hype machine!

I agree w/ you here..We saw it w/ Golden State beating the Mavs and the other teams since ..I think that was their NBA Championship!! Reminded me of the close-out on the Lakers in our next to the last Championship (which yr was that), when we put the Lakers away..The difference will be, the SPURS went on to win the NBA Championship ...

Gonna go 6. Lebron will win 2 games at home all by himself. Too bad Timmy is going to completely dominate this series on both ends. I'm talking 27, 15, and 5 for the series. This is the series in which he cements his place as a top 5 player of ALL TIME.

Couldn't agree more. This is Duncan's, not LeBron's.
A few years from now? Don't know, LeBron is one hell of a player. His growth year to year is impressive.

He got here, that's just his first step.
He's got to lose to know how to win.

Spurs in 6.
Duncan MVP.

I hope tim is ok with his FT ..........
First game of the regular season he went 19 time to the line for just 9 made and it was a loss.
They'll try too build on it

If it wasn't for the long lay-off, I'd say Spurs in 5. But my fear is that they'll have lost the momentum and intensity they built up agains the Nuggets, Suns and Jazz. The Spurs are notoriously slow starters (witness the first game loss to the Nuggets).

I can actually see them losing the first game at home, which would cause them to lose home-court advantage. But that's when the Spurs tend to get their ass in gear and start buckling down. I really hope I'm wrong and that they win this in 5 or 6, but I would not be overly surprised if this goes to 7.

Lebron is playing off-the-charts, and he's getting the help he needs. Verajao, in particular, can be a real X-factor for the Cavs.

That being said, the Spurs have a whole slew of guys (outside of the Big Three) who can be X-factors: Finley, Horry, Oberto, Barry.

I think in the end, it's the Spurs Championship to lose. We've got the experience, we've got the better coach, we've got the deeper bench, we've got Home-Court Advantage, and most of all, we have Tim "GPFOAT" Duncan. And guess what? He ain't injured. So watch the fuck out. Spurs in 6.

I see the Spurs in 5 or 6 and the Cavs i am curious if they will really double Timmy like crazy and force our shooters to beat them which they certainly can. If they play Duncan that way he may not get finals MVP, which won't matter his legacy is going through the roof with this 4th title either way.
