But putting the hype aside, here is question to speculate on.

If the Cavaliers were in the West, would they have even made the playoffs?

I know against the Nuggets, the Jazz, and the Suns they went 1 and 5. They were a little better than 500 across the entire west, but then they only played each team twice. They were a 50 game winner in the east, but would they have been a 50 game winner in the West?
