Who could step up and amaze? What unexpected person will give the Spurs the most fits? Who could make a difference? Who will it take the Spurs a couple of games to figure out?

Varejao is gonna be annoying as shit. Bigtime Flopper and banger + good rebounder. and doesn't mind to give a hard fould to anyone.
I predict he will be the most hated by spurs

Gooden: X
Varejao: flops Manu and Duncan into foul trouble
Ilgauskas: offensive rebounds

I have a hunch that Pavlovic will have a nice series for the Cavs. Off the bench, Marshall will be bombing some threes along the way -though i must say his last failure in final shot situation is quite beneficial for our case in this final series.

I don't see Pavlovic or Marshall doing a whole lot, maybe one or two games.

Varejao. I think he will give Duncan headaches at first with all his flopping around like a fish out of water.

While we're talking x-factors, can we start a "Why Is Everyone Forgetting Robert Horry?" thread?

Gooden is by far the most underappreciated Cavalier by many of our fans. When his fire gets lit, he can be very streaky. He can play an integral role and if he gets hot he'll open up some bigtime lanes for LBJ.

I'm wondering if Gibson may be a tad overconfident this first game. He may just be an x-factor for the Spurs, if his shot isn't on and he keeps on firing.

Can't say that's a ringing endorsement. When his fire gets lit, he can be very streaky. Is he even more streaky before that? And why can't he light his own fires, instead of making someone else do it?
