He denies smearing Starr but says he and Starr had an intimate relationship and revealed: "For the past six or seven months she was saying she was friends with Rudy, but until recently I didn't attach any significance to it. When we broke up, she told me that she had an affair with Rudy".
The National Enquirer says she’s Rudy’s mistress, which would make her the 54th known mistress of America’s Mayor™. She even quotes from Giuliani’s crappy book in her MySpace profile: “LET THE WORLD BE INSPIRED BY OUR LEADERSHIP AND INSPIRATION FOR GENERATIONS TO CONTINUE OUR LEGACIES.” Yes, sure, whatever. Also, the Enquirer says she’s been blabbing to her friends about fucking Rudy Giuliani.
