I think this years Cavs are better than the 99 Nicks -- by a small fraction.

No... the Knicks had a good team and beat the Heat and the Pacers who were both great teams that season.

The Knicks were a true team. The Cavs are basically LeBron.

Wasn't Ewing hurt?

Meh. We'll find out.

If Lebron can take the Spurs to 6 games, he's better than the 1999 Knicks.

Ewing didn't play

Knicks had a good defense

The Knicks had a better team. But the Cavs are capable of beating the Spurs. Lebron is just that good.

Mavs are flukes.

Spurs are not Mavs, and Cavs are not Heat.

Dude, you and me both know that the Heat team last year was much, much better than this years cavs team. They had more leadership, depth, experience, and two players that could get it done

Spurs are not Mavs, and Cavs are not Heat.

I didn't say they were.
I guess we'll just have to see what happens.

I put them about the same or a little lower than the '03 Nets.

I think the Cavs are too. If Ewing were playing and LJ weren't playing hobbled I would probably go with the New York City Knickerbockers.
