Three nuns, in habit with veils, one rocking a jersey, and the other two T-shirts over their habits. :lmao

Officer Krupke talking importantly on his radio and walking fast down the concourse...with toilet paper on his shoe.

Honest to God...a dweeb rocking a Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf Home replica Nuggets jersey. That's something you donate to Goodwill and see some bum wearing under the Commerce St. overpass two weeks later.

I hate to tell you this, but they were standing by the Spurs tunnel about 6:45 PM, which means not only did they have tickets, they had GOOD tickets.

The nuns got tickets like straight up from the NBA....I read it on like Yahoo. Each nun has a different Spur player to root for but they only got 4 tickets. I think they'll get another set for game 2.

God is a Spurs fan they say :]

Those nuns have only been all over the tv and radio for not only this series, but the Dallas series last year and the Detroit series in '05.

I saw them on 4, 5, and 12 tonight. I thought one of the reporters said they got the hook up from the AP, but by that time, my non-religious ass really didn't care about the Sisters of Spurs Charity anymore.

Yes, third quarter I believe.

All got tremendous applause. The cheer for David was deafening. Very awesome.
That is one of my favorite pictures that I took- how often does one have the opportunity to photograph three home town legends? :)

And I now have the Blast! version of Officer Krupke banging around my head. Thanks for that. (He said, reveling in his former band geekdom...)

The NBAtv interns with LCD tvs on their heads and chests didn't make any sense, but were fun anyway.

Whatever happened to this guy?
He decided that he wanted to wait in the locker room while the National Anthem was being played. Something he said had to do with Islam. Of course, Hakeem came right out and cut his balls off and said, "No, you can be respectful to a flag". His contract expired, and I believe he went to play ball in Turkey? That was the end of the NBA for one very angry young man.

Speaking of the national anthem, Jordin Sparks was incredible singing it last night.

I loved how there were flags displayed of all the countries represented by Cavs and Spurs players.
I was seating a ledge box before Stan Kelly made the annoucement and did a double take ( in a good way) when I recognized the Slovenian flag.
Whole opening presenation was super cool. I wish I had, had my camera handy for that.

Also, Peter Holt made an amazing, generous guesture on behalf of all of us arena employees. He bought everyone who worked during the final game of the last series, an official championship hat and cap! :fro

I was fortunate enough to have gotten a last minute ticket, and was in utter awe over the "white out" and the fans spirit. Even if that dweeb Charlie Parker critized the whole t-shirt deal.
