The situation for the Spurs:
An established star, capable of putting up 30-35 points. An up-and-coming point guard newly thrust upon the stage, scoring 20-30 points in pressure situations. A center capable of hitting jump shots and causing "matchup problems" for TD (and despised by Stephen A. Smith). A wily, playoff-experienced vet able to hit long range shots to space the defense. A cast of role players set to support the team, including an energy man, and an Eastern European sharp shooter. A defense-minded coach.
Is it Cleveland? Or Utah? Or both?
I understand that LBJ > Boozer, but the parallels are striking.
Does this bode well for the Spurs?
We shall see.
