Hey guys, just wondered if anyone felt the same way I felt after Sean Elliot hit is infamous shot, when at the end of the game they showed David Robinson running to the lockeroom with a huge smile with his fist in the air. I don't know why, but everything I see this clip of robinson it gives me chills, i have never seen him that happy before. anyone got a clip of it?

I'll never forget that shot. I still remember exactly what it looked like from my seat, and how the whole section went crazy, knowing Sean had just won us the championship.

What I love about the Admiral, are his emotions and the fact he is also a fan.

If you notice at every game, when there is a big time out or a call from Stan for everyone to stand up and cheer, he is the 1st one to his feet.

:tu 25 years of frustration finally being wiped away. You younguns can't begin to know how rewarding that 99 championship - ugly offense, asterisks, and all - was for those of us who have followed the team since the beginning. For the players - who had to deal with all the "San Antonio is soft" bullshit - it had to be even sweeter.

Well said. There were so many indications that it was just their time. MDM was yet another of those. AJ's spin move past Damon Stoudamire was supremely satisfying as well.
