Easily the Cavs, if they lose the series is pretty much over.

The Cavs have the pressure, a 3-0 hole will take them out mentally.

But don't discount the pressure on the Spurs. Remember Detroit. (Both our '05 Detroit and the '07 Detroit.) The Spurs do and that puts pressure on them to make sure they don't let up.

Is pressure bad or good? I forget.

Is pressure bad or good? I forget.

Depends on how you respond to it.

The correct term is "appropriate fear".

Depends if your Robert Horry or not.

Pressure has got to be on the Cavs, they don't wanna go down 3 games, they don't want to lose at home, they don't want this talk of sweep to get worse, they don't want LeBron's coming out party to be crashed, they don't want to be called the worst Finals team anymore ect...

The CAVS should be shaking...all the pressure is on them...the Spurs have 3 chances to get just 1 win on the road...that's all they would need...coming back home 3-2...but yeah if the CAVS lose...3-0 would be a killer...

Yeah, that's my point.

Pressure on Cavs = bad. They've shown only Lebron can respond to pressure, and even he is struggling against our "pressure" defense.

Pressure on Spurs = good. Spurs tend to do poorly when they are relaxed, unfocused. Spurs need to feel like this is a must win game.

Spurs need to act as though it is a must win.

For the Cavs. It really is a must win.

Spurs win tonight, this thing is over in 4.

Cavs MUST win atleast 4 of the next 5 games. Therefore, they have their backs against the wall.

Many say that the Cavs will come out fighting...but did the world forget that the Spurs expect it and that they'll be well prepared for it and come out fighting as well?

People tend to over look that.

This is not a pressure series so far, and this is certainly not a pressure game. If the Spurs come out coasting and find a way to lose tonight the next game will have some pressure. There might be some individual pressure felt by the Spurs' role players, as they haven't played too well on offense. Finley needs to have a good shooting game at some point or he's gonna start feeling it.

No pressure for the Spurs tonight....everything is on the Cavs to win.

Yup...I still see the Spurs losing Game 3, but winning Games 4 and 5. If they do win Game 3, they will sweep.

True dat...Spurs should win at least one in Cleveland, and the last two games are in SA (if it gets that far), so the pressure is on the Cavs right now. I also think if the Spurs get up by 20+ again in Cleveland, the Cavs will fold.

I definitely think the Spurs have that. Especially after their bad fourth quarter. It's a term that I've heard most of the starting five use constantly.

i still think a lot of people are overlooking the cavs. we haven't won anything yet. we're only 1/2 way there, 2 more games to go.

imo, Game 3 is HUGE for the SPURS. i hope we come out with the same mentality as we did in the last 3 Games (Game 5, Games 1 & 2).

we have the opportunity practically push the cavs to elimination tonight, we have to take advantage of it. 3-0 is a LOT different than 2-1. hopefully the SPURS aren't even thinking about the latter possibility.

if we continue to play like Games 1 & 2 we should be good.

GO SPURS GO! :clap

If the Spurs lose tonight, then the pressure in on the Spurs.

The pressure is always on the home team to win every game. Tonight is no different.

The Spurs should come out loosy goosy and have a great attitude with no pressure.

The Cavs should come out fired up for the first half. But if the game is close in the 4th look for the Cavs to tighten up. If the Cavs don't win tonight = Church!

Screw you guys, the pressure is on me. I have to freak out for the next 4 hours, watch game (fun part), either i'll be too hopped up or crying to go to sleep, and then be back at work within 4 hours.

But Cav's have got to be feeling it seriously.

You can't sleep on any NBA team, and the Cavs are an above average NBA team with a potentially lethal superstar that's due to have a good game regardless of the defense played against him. That said, the Spurs only have to show up and play 48 minutes their way, the same way they have all year long, and they'll be fine IMO.

There is no pressure right now with regards to winning the series, because the Cavs haven't demonstrated yet that they are competitive in that sense.

The Spurs are being forced to remind themselves that they are in fact playing an NBA team. It's pathetic.

The Cavs are under pressure not to be embarrassed at home. That's it right now.

If the past is any indication, the Spurs are gonna brainfart this one.

Hope I'm wrong.

Hell, I'm having to remind myself that they are playing an NBA team. The only hope for the Cavs is that the Spurs don't take that to heart.
