Ball movement. Their defense will be handicapped by the refs calling ticky tack fouls in front of a noisy crowd, so they can't control that aspect completely. But they can control how well they move the ball.

I generally rub Tim's head before most games. The games I can't make it to rub his head are never good ones.

Good ball movement and good aggression early on.

I look to see if they are rotating on defense correctly and if they are being aggressive on offense, by which I mean seeing good ball movement and locating the open man or going for good drives inside. I don't mean jacking up a jumper that was never going in because someone was in a hurry.

I look for them to spread the court, pass well, penentrate early and get Tony going. Tony's success has meant success for the Spurs this series. If the Cavs can't find an answer for him...then they will lose. That being said, they don't have anyone that can guard our big three when they're hot....so hopefully they get rolling quickly.

Parker penetrates, the Spurs play aggressive defense and fight for rebounds.

Seems to me that when we're hitting a respectable percentage of FT's, the Spurs are doing well.
When we start to clank 'em, it soons starts a chain reaction of poor execution that's hard to pull out of.
