They are nice but unless the seller has paid NBA licensing fees (which I doubt given the lack of the NBA logo) he/she won't be in business for long.

they do not have the spurs logo or nba logo on them

The O'Brien trophy is certainly protected by trademark, and the Spurs "U" might be.

AFAIK, it's not necessarily legalities, but it's copyright infringement.

But then again, I'm not a lawyer, just some law-talking guy.
