Yep. If people think that Bruce is "dirty," then they obviously never saw my namesake play. Reggie Miller had quite a bag of tricks (both on offense and defense) by the time he retired. Absolutely no player has ever accused Reggie of "playing dirty," becuase it was expected and understood that you have to play that way in the postseason. I listened to the interview and it sounded the other way around to me. Basically, Patrick kept coming at Stern with the same line of reasoning (rule should be changed, if Bowen had been suspended then Horry wouldn't have knocked Nash down). Stern listened patiently, then when he had enough, he told Patrick that he was reaching. He went on to say that when he brought up the idea of changing the rule, that resulted in Amare and Boris getting suspended, no one supported the idea.

To all of the Suns fans/apologist out there it's time to move on.

Everyone in the NBA knows the rule and it's consequences. It's a good rule. Players should not be allowed to leave the bench area. Anyone rushing to an altercation only makes it worse. If you need to blame someone, look at the two players from your team that made a bad decision.

Suns had everyone in a must win game 6 and lost.

When the Cav's made a run at the Spurs in Game 3, Pop spoke to the team about dealing with adversity. The Suns created this adversity for themselves and weren't good enough to pull themselves out of it. As long as the Suns fans/coaching staff plays the "woe is me card" they will never look at what they need to do to improve.
