SpursTalk is all I've got to be with other Spurs fans.
Don't have any friends that like them.
My family supports me, but they only watch for me, not because they're true fans. (I appreciate that they do though!)

Here I can read and learn and...celebrate with people that love this team like I do.

Thanks, that's my baby!!! I turned the channell to ABC/ESPN for a lesson in sweeping, and she picked it up right of the bat. Damn them Spurs are some good teachers!!!

I love this place!

Thanks for providing a place where opposing fans can come and banter back and forth without too much worry of being dumped on.

I've been to many who don't give a damn, no matter how valid the opposing point may be.

This place is a fantastic community and I pray one day I'm able to taste the success with my favorite team that most here now enjoy!

During the Finals, I was on vacation, so I didn't get a chance to hang out on here...I didn't realize how much I'd miss it...

Two years ago I went on a roadtrip to Hell. From SA up to the Boundry waters in Canada. It was a camping kayaking trip. Imagine my anger when the t.v. we brought was broke, and I was reduced to listining to the games on the radio. Horrible, plus when I got a newspaper in the midwest towns to read about it, there was maybe just a few sentences. But the night we won the Championship, I laid on the horn, and whooped it up pretty good. :spin

So this seson, I found the best forum in the world. Thanks so much for making it so much fun :toast

There are plenty of others. They just don't post near as much as I do, nor, unfortunately for us good ones, anywhere near as much as the trolls/fanatics have. Not all the apologists are trolls. Some are just young and don't know any better.

It's a shame, but for many other good ones, the adage, "Out of sight, out of mind" comes into play...
