I'm so sorry for you! I pre-ordered after game 3 from the NBA store, I hope I get mine.
In '05 I also pre-ordered and they messed up on the shirt size. They were sold out when I tried to exchange it. It's horrible when your team wins and you can't get the gear you want.

Did you try JC Penney? Amazon? Sports Illustrated has a package if you subscribe, I think it's expensive though.

Are you in SA? There should be lots of local stores there, if you're not there maybe someone can give you store names and you can try to mail order from them. I've seen the name Academy mentioned on the board.

The Express News has a shirt on their site, it's their cover picture, not the locker room shirt.

NBA.com has the 3 pack(hat tshirt and DVD) available again...64.99 + tax and shipping! Just ordered mine! They have all sizes on the Tshirts available!!
