Add a couple of years of mentoring his replacement, and there's the basis for more titles, even after Tim retires

what i meant is that this team won't be championship caliber forever. eventually, this team will have to enter a rebuilding phase and it won't be as much fun.

How many year do you think it will be before they take down all of those "Western Conference Champions" Banners? They're gonna have so many numbers to retire and championship banners to hang that they should just put those conference banners elsewhere.
