Man it looks small. You need to find a good vantage point and go take a picture from there every week or every few weeks. Then throw it into a slideshow so you can see all the build in fast motion.

Trust me, it is not small at all.

The only good vantage point is on top of TBiA. I am going to all of the Rangers/Cubs games this week but my tickets are in homerun porch, I will see if I can get to the nosebleeds to get a couple pictures of the whole stadium.

Jerry Jones knows how to get things done... It will be a showcase, and the Super Bowl will be a classic event there. :clap

Dude, with a $6 ticket you can sit pretty much anywhere you find an open seat since the Rangers suck so bad.

They've got cameras on it all the time, including a live webcam. I wouldn't be surprised to see an animation once they make some more progress on it. There wouldn't be much to see right now.

I thought the Alamodome looked small from all of the media pics of it under construction until the first time I saw it. And the Cowboys stadium is gonna make the Alamodome look like a Fotomat booth.

I finally saw it in person at the ranger game Wednsday, it looked small, but I know it's gonna be huge. I forgot to take a camera though.

Football shouldn't be played underneath a roof. If they can play outdoors in Green Bay, Chicago and Buffalo, they should be able to do the same in Dallas.

On a side note, it'll probably be a cold day in Hell before my Raiders get out of the dump they have to play in.

It'll have the trademark hole in the roof so God can watch his team play.

One of Jerry's big things was to get a Superbowl in Dallas, and how many Superbowls have been played in Chicago, Green Bay, or Buffalo? Now how many have been in New Orleans? One reason - no possible weather problems for the game.

Rose Bowl, San Diego, Jacksonville, Stanford Stadium, Miami, Tampa, and Tempe Arizona have all hosted the Super Bowl outdoors. They'd have a Super Bowl in New Orleans regardless of the stadium having a roof, the roof isn't the reason it's held there so often. Fans and teams alike enjoy being tourists in New Orleans. It is (was?) a happenin' place to be and the weathers still nice enough in February to go out and do things, that's why the games are held there.

Just look at the Super Bowl in Detroit. It too was held under a roof, but the atmosphere was dull and it was cold outside. The only people happy to be in Detroit were the participating teams. I'll bet they won't try that one again.

The team announced today that it has submitted an application to the Environmental Protection Agency’s National Environmental Performance Track program. The $1.1 billion stadium – which will be finished next year – must open first and have an outside audit before it is officially accepted into the program. But regional EPA administrator Richard Greene, a former Arlington mayor, said the Cowboys have met all the requirements on paper. The Dallas Cowboys stand to earn hundreds of million of dollars when the team sells the naming rights to its new stadium. But one fan hopes there will be a little room for legendary coach Tom Landry in the stadium's new name

The new Dallas Cowboys stadium is less than 3 months from completion, but it's already a tourist attraction. People line the streets around it to gawk at the huge building and wonder what it's like inside. Take a look at some pictures snapped by CBS 11 News.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones gave two local leaders from Washington a tour of his nearly finished stadium Saturday to assure them that, thanks in part to Department of Homeland Security dollars, it will be safe from terrorism when it opens this summer.

The last few days I've been working at one of my stores that is on Collins a block away from the stadium. It is massive, I'll take some pics with my phone and load them this week on here.

Jerry wouldn't have built this stadium unless he felt it gave Tony the best opportunity to succeed at the quarterback position.
