He is a legit seven footer (he is maybe 7'1") with a 32" no step vert.
That's great but he has no BB skills. He was a volleyball player who has decided to play basketball because of his size.
He has been "drafted" by Madrid (one of the biggest team in europe) and they are working with him. He is playing with their second team without a lot of success.
I don't think he will be drafted. He has the upside to be a good nba player but it's a long long shot and it will take a lot of time.

Mahinmi has never been a volleyball player. It was a false information.
Mahinmi has played soccer (like most of young french boys) before deciding to play only BB when he was 13/14 years old.

Sidiki Sidibe has played volleyball at a high level and decided to play BB when he was 18/19 years old while he was the captain of the youth french NT.

It's quite different.
