He's getting both rotation and blowout minutes now.

Did you see the score? It was a blowout....blowout=more minutes. Additionally, he's been playing very well the last few games......Barry hasn't....:(

Brown plays 30 minutes enough he might well have a 30 point game = he is an emerging core 7-8 Spur stud.

no but Barry only had five minutes in the win over detroit, whats going on, why is Brown suddenly getting so much PT when barry was playing so well?

Devin is good, i think he can play more often.

You remember in the play-offs last year, Manu and Devin lifted the Spurs and played really well off the bench.

I was chided for making the poll about who would be the 3rd swingman, with almost everyone saying Barry was locked in. Now Devin is getting the heavy minutes....

apology accepted.

Who would have thougth that at this point in the season Bowen would be a better offensive option than Barry? He's shooting better from 3, better overall, and not too far behind on FTs.

Luckily this team has the depth to not have to worry about Barry's struggling yet.

It's obvious that this is some kind of adjustment issue...players don't usually respond to joining Tim Duncan by shooting a career low in FG and 3pt %.

I'm sure this is just as unusual of a situation for Barry as it is for the Spurs...

A few things I have noticed...Barry has been shooting nearly 100% of the time from 3 point range...well he has a nice mid range game...maybe he's going into a funk by taking too many early three's...maybe we should run more plays early for him to get his midrange game going.

He's shot pretty well in high pressure moments...the few that he has had...I'd argue that those FT's he hit against Detroit were the biggest shots any Spur has had to make this season...

Usually we have guys that tear up the regular season and go cold in the playoffs...maybe Barry will turn out to do just the opposite...

I really think he's having to get used to all this winning...and maybe not being as big an on the court presence on this team as he has been on others.

Some could argue that the Spurs go 12-deep. At least 11 deep.

Sato and Marks may never get un-injured, with as few question marks as there are right now in the Spurs roster.

That elusive "Long SF/3" is not so much of a need right now, is it?
