How long do the Spurs practice?

I remember hearing back in 05 how during one of the Spurs practices Tim weighted about 260 and after practice he weighted 250 which makes me wonder, How long do the Spurs or any NBA team for that matter practice in order to lose ten or more pounds in one day?

Beginning of the season 2-3 hours with 30 minutes of lifting. During season when they practice, 45 minutes to an hour with every other day of lifting.
