I'm sure Duncan is so happy right now. The Spurs, as a team, went to the Bears-Vikings game today.

Final Score:

Bears 24
Vikings 14

Fark the Bears. Fark them right in the ear.

/Started Minnesota's defense.

da Bears...I wonder how McCombs felt as Tim was cheering against his team in the owners box? It reminded me of that Seinfeld episode where Elaine gets thrown out for not taking off the Orioles cap in the owners seats.

That's really cool that the Spurs get together and do things like this on their night off. Go figure they don't have so much drama and get along so well on court--it shows.

BTW: I thought I read somewhere that Manu doesn't like watching any sport aside from Basketball? :)

The Express-News said the team went to the game. I wonder if they actually all went or some of them chose not to go.

I was surprised last season when I went to Duncan's Bowl-A-Thon -- every Spurs player was there, as well as Pop, PJ and the rest of the coaching staff and most of their families. It was good to see how much team unity there was.

I was thinking the same thing although I heard he likes watching tennis. Plus, how many of our foreign guys even understand the game of football (besides Tony) :lol

yeah i understand the game / know all the rules. I used to kinda like it but it's just so boring to watch- it's so stop start. play for 5 seconds then spend the next minute getting ready for that 5 seconds of play. Unlike basketball which is always going.

Why would he not be happy? He is a multi millionaire, he is adored by thousands, he is famous and he is at the top of his chosen field.

I would think that had the Bears lost, he would still not say that life sucks.

Well, I'm happy anyway. It's always a good day when the Bears win and the Packers are throttled! :lol

That, and my beloved Utes are "officially" in the BCS- and they're coming right to my backyard in the Fiesta Bowl!

Must...get....tickets! :spin

In the U.S., what you describe above is generally referred to as "grabass".
