Umm... why did you have a 20lb dumbell on your bed? It already bears the weight of a 150lb dumbell every night, why add to the load?

Seriously though .. who puts exercise equipment on their bed?

My thoughts exactly... why was it in a position to drop onto something in the first place?

thanks for all the support guys i feel very special

yea the dumbell was on my bed cause i just got done with a set and I was responding to a message on the computer. the funny thing is that I heard it was falling and I didn't move my foot for some odd reason.

I walk to the pool cause we walk the kids to the pool, so I can't drive there. Even if I was allowed to drive there, I could't yet cause I don't have my license :p:

Karma is a bitch, E20

Well, you should actually be thankful that it was your dumb bell weight, otherwise you could have a broken foot. What were you doing with 20 lb weights big guy?

And how about you wash out your mouth with soap while you're at it! I mean, really, is that kind of language necessary - especially when it was such a lame, stupid thread to start in the first place. Do you think anyone here cares?

well at least he didn't break his foot, had he been bedridden for a couple weeks we would have suffered through many more threads like this.

i knew this would come up

shoulder extensions are the hardest. i bet 20lbs would be somewhat of a challenge for you, am i right?

the one where you have both weights at your side, and you extend your arms outward and make them parallel with the ground

So you work at the swimming pool? And how did you manage to drop the weight on your foot from the top of your bunk bed?

Shoulder presses and shrugs are better for developing your shoulders.

It is for me since I have a chronic elbow injury from lifting 400+lbs people everyday working on the ambulance. I can't lift 10 lbs without being in pain...
hope your foot feels better and I hope your did not fracture anything...
