Why is the link so important? that was like 3 browser windows ago.

the point is to spread the information

Who cares who wrote it?

I didnt make it up nor could I try to make it up.

We obviously do care who wrote what. Not just for fans writing but also for the "experts" on major sites.

The source tells us who it is and lets us determine how we want to interpet the information.

You were asked repeatedly for links on the various articles you've posted.

It's a simple cut and paste to add it to your posts.

Take the hint and do it. As Kori says, "It's how we roll around here."

With you're attitude of "I'll do it my way" I doubt you'll see many of us at your site.

It's not just informative to have the link, it's necessary. Cutting and pasting someone else's work without site the source gets into copyright issues and plagiarism questions. It's pretty simple to just copy and past the URL when you copy and paste an article.

I get it. I always put a link in with any article I post.

I meant the URL in my post when I said it was a simple cut and paste to include it.
I understand the legality of it, I was simply pointing out that the link is also informative.

Maybe I typed too fast and didn't reread to be sure I was clear. :oops

Dude, if you plan to open your own website and then cut-and-past material there without attribution, well . . . good luck with that.
