Shit! I just saw this movie for the first time yesterday and WOW just WOW it was a pretty damn good movie Matt Damon surprised me I have not seen the second probably will try to since the third one comes out in August pretty sure you would have to see the second to understand the third even though I hear that The Bourne Supremacy is very chaotic and stylized I even hearing that they should have named it The Bourne Redundancy since it is the same as the first one except that Identity followed the book more than Supremacy in the words of Paul Rudd.....

"I always thought Matt Damon was a bit of a Streisand, but he's really rocking some shit in this one." Paul Rudd 40 Year Old Virgin

That's what I have been hearing as well man I got to start reading more just curious do they describe how Jason Bourne looks in the book is he anything similar to what Matt Damon brought to the table look wise and fighting wise I know they originally wanted Brad Pitt as Bourne but he passed to make "Spy Game" instead

well the second one isn't as good as the first one. Its still alright though, and if you plan to watch the third one you might as well watch it to keep up

in the third book he's middle aged, and his wife is still alive.

Yeah, the books are fantastic. The movies don't follow the plot of the books outside of the amnesia angle.
