Pauk Allen is pretty committed to Portland. They aren't leaving any time soon. Seattle on the other hand...
The Blazers are so young, they will either go the way of the Hawks...or the bulls. Probably the latter.

1) That's the worst reasoning I have ever heard. One owner does not leave just because their neighbor does.
2) The NBA won't allow that much movement in a short time span.
3) Paul just rebuilt the franchise in under two years.

Paul Allen won't pony up the dough to break the lease in Portland. Seattle is gone after this next season.
