Phoenix, LA, and Minnesota: Your stuff obviously isn't working and doesn't look like it will work in the very near future. Stop being so damn stubborn and start dealing:

1. Phoenix continues to run and gun with Nash, Amare, and Marion - They have been the same team since 2004-2005, doing the same old thing, getting 60-62 reg. season wins then losing in the playoffs to good defensive teams.

2. Kobe's Lakers haven't win anything since 2002.

3. Garnett's T-Wolves have sucked always. They had a fluke run to the WCF in the 2004 season, which turned out to be the worst WCF performance I've ever seen by a team.

Your team's current leaders obviously aren't capable, or no longer capable (Kobe), of winning a championship with their current teams. It won't happen, not in your current situations. Deal now before Kobe, Garnett, and Stoudemire are still with the same damn teams in 10 years.

Atleast Seattle took a hint.

Fuckin' A Jeff. These teams should stop twiddling their thumbs and pick up the phone and try to make a deal. What are they waiting for?

PHX is ok, they should not change anything but get more minutes for their fucking bench. 2nd best team in the NBA last year.

Suns are getting closer to overcoming their demons (aka the Spurs), so I wouldn't do anything this offseason but try and deepen the rotation. Spare the starters some minutes throughout the season so that they're well-rested for the playoffs.

They should fire their GMs and start a bidding war to hire this guy as President of Basketball Operations.
