I can't see MBah a Moute being a late first rounder next year. He's got an NBA body and a McHale-esque wingspan that will make him go much higher. There was one play, I think against Kansas, in last year's tournament where he deflected three inbound passes in a row on one possession, getting the steal on the third I think. This guy will be a Pippen-class defender at the pro level. He's a great jumper, a quick jumper, and he has great defensive anticipation. His jumpshot is awful at best though, his ball-handling isn't even NBDL-level, and he makes some truly dumbass passes. Still, the guy will be a monster on the defensive end, and with a coach like Howland, I expect him to improve his weak spots this season.

Yeah if he improves his offensive game he could go alot higher. I guess I'll have to hope he improves, but not too much.

Draftexpress doesn't even have him in the first round at this point.

Even if his offensive game stays where it is I think he'll go before 28. MBah a Moute would be an absolute lock-down defender in the NBA if he joined the league tomorrow.
