NBA Announces 2007-08 D-League Affiliations

Press Release -
The NBA today released a list of Development League affiliations to all media. Each NBA team has one D-League affiliate to which it may assign players in their first or second NBA season.

The affiliations are as follows;

It was asked and never answered before, but it has to be the players on the Toros who aren't under contract to the Spurs can be called up by any other team, correct? Otherwise, no free agent would play for the Toros.
