No, I fell asleep that night in the middle you guys arguing about that stupid computer program and haven't had time to mess with it since. It's not a big deal anyway. It's just a small random thing that pops up from time to time. I'll probably call Norton tomorrow and raise hell and then call MS or Dell. If it doesn't get fixed by one of them, which it should since it's still under warranty then I'll look into downloading Error Killer like you suggested.

The least you can do is call them and get a refund. Hell just with the$45.00 Dollars you save an hour just by me giving you free service for one year? you will come out ahead at the end.
