After the brutal size Rashard Lewis's contract arent you just happy that the Spurs dont need to overpay players to get them to come to SA?

Because things like Lewis's and Kapono's new contracts seem just that.

Anyways.... I was thinking what would be a rough average estimate of how many % less do Spurs need to pay players to come to play for them?
(in comparison of what they could get elsewhere)

I would say 10-20% less but what do i know... :lol

How much could Oberto, Finley or even Parker get elsewhere (at the time they signed their old/new contracts)?

Of course, it helps when Cuban is helping to finance one of our bargains. :lol

Bonner could have signed a max deal. Instead he signed a less lucrative deal to play with TD. Thats commitment.

Oh...wait.

Wait til Parker becomes a free agent again.

Wait til Parker becomes a free agent again.

Sadly, you have a valid point. TP will be in his prime and the Lakers or the Clips will need a PG. TP living in LA will be conducive to Eva doing B movies for millions. :rolleyes
