Well, it's official. Normally low 1st round picks aren't worthy of bust consideration. But Beno is the exception. He could be so much more with his talent, but he's managed to regress over the course of his NBA career. It's a shame, really, given his ability to drive, score, and shoot from beyond the arc. Maybe he will find a spot for himself in the future on a team with low expectations, happy enough to put up with his lackadasical play.

I liked what I saw his rookie season except for the playoffs, but gave him a pass, but really hasn't amounted to anything.

The '05 Finals may have ruined him, but he's had his shot at redemption.

He's had a lot of opportunity. I've been surprised as to how long Pop has put up with him.

I have always wondered why Beno isn't a combo guard playing more SG. His problem as a point guard is that he can't take pressure when bringing the ball up the court. So why is he a point guard? He can score in different ways, and can shoot the 3-ball.

Rips my heart MB. But i have to agree.
He went from my favourite player to almost my least favourite Slovenian in the NBA.
Who`s your least favourite? Vujacic?
