Aaron Afflalo is kickin ass and so is Alando Tucker........WTF??? Not one of our SF/SG had gotten over 15pts in a game, and these two have done it at least 2-3 times so far. Aaron is avg 16.1 a game and Tucker 21.0......that is exactly wtf the Spurs needed. A young shooter. :depressed

Afflalo went the pick before us (we could have traded up one spot Im sure) and Alando went AFTER our pick to Phoenix. Alando is actually playing awesome. Whatever.

Afflalo will get into the actual NBA and realize "these aren't summer league scrubs anymore" and then we'll see what he can do.
As far as Tucker...he could be a solid player. But I just don't see it working in the Suns system.
Fuck Afflalo and Tucker. THe guy you should be pissed about is Dominic McGuire.

Then WTF do you have to say about Marcus Williams and James White???? If Tucker and Afflalo are having their way in the SL.....and our guys cant hit the side of the titanic......MW and JW must REALLY suck!!!!! :(

Dude,
Devean George was the MVP of the LA summer league twice. What does that tell you?

Bullshit! Devean George has never hit an important shot in his life. He makes lots that don't matter, but when you really need him....he is a disaster.

I guess Oden and Durant's careers are done.

Tucker should have been picked. I usually agree with the Spurs decisions, but Ive watched Tuck play most every game in his entire college career. He is a freak athlete that would have been a great player for SA. But no, they had to get some foreign guy that probably wont even play for a few years. :pctoss

Maybe the Spurs can use some of the $6M they just got for helping a divisional rival and hire a couple domestic scout so the Spurs can make a quality domestic pick in the draft for the first time since Sean Elliott.

Instead it's going to pay off the Toros acquisition.

Dude, they were #1, #2 picks......that is alot different than being a #27-#29 pick
:rolleyes
The top guys usually get contracts before the SL even starts, and they are given more leway. Guys at the bottom of round #1 and in round#2....also those trying to just make it in the NBA need to show something special as soon as possible to make it.
