That idiot D.A. that's passing out videotapes of a crime involving sex with a minor should be prosecuted if, in fact, he's giving the tapes to people who have no interest in adjudicating the case and, therefore, have no reason to view the tape.

That doesn't make the idiot that committed the act on video any less guilty of his crime.
