I agree. I used to eat there in El Paso all the time. Also, BJs in El Paso was a good place to dine as well. I think they have some in Dallas and Houston as well.

SA needs both of those.

Ehhh, they had them in Virginia and they weren't all that. The Southwest Spinach dip was good and everything else could be had at Friday's or Bennigan's.

The "industry analysts" say all these restaurant chains are having hard time distinguishing themselves from the crowd, rising out of the chain-store, formulaic homogeneity, industrial food cranked by robots, and served by faceless, high-turnover, miminum-wagers insincerely repeating phrases programmed in their training. Eat in one of theses food factories, you've eaten in all of them. Just change the gimmicks and decor. No customer loyalty. Competition has forced them all to serve food that isn't horrible, is actually pretty good, but in the end completely interchangeable.
